Here's what's happening: I'm doing the High Intensity Strength program and often there's 2 workouts scheduled on a workout day ie: 1 x 15 min HIIT and 1 x Low intensity cardio. Every time I complete 1/2 workouts the 2/2 workout switches to the same workout I just did. So suddenly it has 2 x 15 min HIIT workouts on my current day.
